Refund policy
Orders
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel your
order. Items that are in stock will ship immediately. If an item is not in
stock, it will be made to order and a representative will contact you with an
estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are
generally between 4-6 weeks. If you would like to expedite shipping, please
send us an email at info@natandiamonds.com We will do our
best to accommodate your requests.
Shipping
All US domestic shipments are
complimentary and generally shipped via UPS or FedEx. All domestic shipments
will require a signature upon delivery.
All international shipments are
complimentary and generally shipped via DHL or FedEx. All international
shipments will require a signature upon delivery. Please note that
all additional customs, import duties and taxes incurred at the point of entry
into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. International
orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they
are shipped. Refused or unclaimed international orders will not be eligible for
refund. For international duty rates please contact your local customs
department.
Returns & exchanges
All sales are final. Unfortunately,
we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on any item.
Sales tax
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within the state of Florida at the current local rate. Orders shipped to other states are not liable for sales tax.
Product description
Product imagery may be subject to change without notice. All products are shot to show as much detail as possible, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Also, be aware every computer monitor has different settings so colors and sizes may vary.
All total carat weight provided is estimated and can be within .05 carats of the stated weight. Carat weight for standard size rings is based on a US size 7.
